When you put spice in the soup it called pho. Cambodian beef noodle soup don’t have spice. N yes it is beef pho bong.

I really enjoy your cooking video, but why do you call it Pho? when you're making khmer style noodle.

I like the clean and sweet broth comes from the pre boil and wash with purified water the Pork loin, 1/2 lb Chicken Bones and 1 whole Mature Chicken. Don't like to use tap water, have chemical in them. You can tell the difference from just rinsing the meat with purified water and tap water. You not going to make kuy teav Phnom Penh every day. Just waste a bit of purified water but food, the quality will be worth it. I've seen quite a few kuy teav Phnom Penh Noodle recipe and all without quail eggs and celery sticks. Don't know if in Cambodia like to use quail eggs or not. But I like quail eggs in my Dry Phnom Penh Noodle eat with celery sticks and bean sprouts. Soup at the side with Beef Bone for sipping. I mix others kuy teav Phnom Penh Noodle recipe by adding what I think it's good into my kuy teav Phnom Penh. I use fish sauce..and its so good thats what my cambodian family use.

Or use real lime juice they have that too..as for me l love it more raw and l add fresh bean sprouts instead of the noodle.
